Mills gets court date in Coutts battle

Air Miles tycoon Sir Keith Mills will take his three-year battle with Coutts, the Queen’s bank, to court in November.

Mills was advised by the bank, part of Royal Bank of Scotland, to invest £65m in bonds sold by AIG, the American insurer that later had to be bailed out.

He has appealed for other Coutts customers to join the case.
