Scots broadcaster hits back at ITV

The row over broadcaster ITV's decision to sue network partner STV for its decision to replace shows like The Bill with regional programmes took a new twist today, when the Scottish firm said it would counter-sue ITV, alleging it is owed £35 million.

STV added that it expects to file further claims regarding ITV's "abuse of video on demand rights" and "significant prejudicial behaviour".
