VT’s £130m to build Greenwich schools

VT group, the former Vosper Thorneycroft shipbulding business which is now in support services, today said it had completed talks and had won a £130 million contract to be strategic partner for building schools in Greenwich.

The agreement will see it rebuild or refurbish 13 secondary schools in three stages and came despite the local education authority's budgetary constraints.
