Amanda Holden and Ayda Field are reportedly set to star in the upcoming series of Celebrity Apprentice.

The Britain's Got Talent judge and the Loose Women panellist are rumoured to be joining a host of celebrities on the revamped Comic Relief spin-off series.

The speculation comes days after rumours that Field has bagged a spot as X Factor judge alongside husband Robbie Williams.

An insider told The Sun: “Ayda was flattered to be asked on Celebrity Apprentice.

“It’s another great chance for her to build her public profile on one of Britain’s best loved shows. It’s also one of her favourites.

“She’s competitive as well as intelligent and has a great sense of humour so producers thought she would be a perfect fit.”

Also reportedly set to battle it out to impress Lord Alan Sugar is Rylan Clark-Neal and Amanda Holden.

The reports come after X Factor veteran Louis Walsh slammed speculation he and Sharon Osbourne will be axed from the upcoming instalment of the singing competition.

He is reportedly locked in a three-year contract with ITV which means he will appear on the 2018 series of the talent show.

The 65-year-old explained that he and Osbourne can only be cut from the show if they are paid compensation, saying: “My contract is watertight. I've checked it out with someone and have told Simon that.

“I have spoken to Sharon. She's said they can only sack us if they pay us. I don’t think they’ve finalised what they’re going to do with the panel.

“We have three-year contracts. We both do.”
