It's 007 heaven at the Science Museum

Can you crack the code and complete the secret mission?
Staff Reporter5 April 2012

Always fancied yourself as a bit of a 007? Well, here's your chance to be a spy for the day.

The Science Museum is staging the world's largest interactive spy exhibition, with visitors entering the world of espionage through a secret door.

After being recruited as a trainee spy, you'll be taught how to crack a safe, make a disguise, and spot a liar before embarking on a secret mission.

All the latest Bond-style gadgets will be at your disposal, including night-vision goggles, hidden bugs, remote-control spy planes and biometric face scanners.

To complete your mission, you'll have to evade counter surveillance and get through a body or brain scanner in order to discover the hidden clues.

Just make sure you avoid the sushi when you visit the canteen.

The Science of Spying, The Science Museum, Exhibition Road, South Kensington, SW7. 10 February to 2 September 2007. 10am to 6pm. Ticket prices vary. Tel: 0870 906 3890 or visit www.sciencemuseum.org.uk to book
