Taste assessment It looks like it's good for you and it tastes like it's good for you, which in a word is horrid. I am very partial to cucumbers and love limes, but in this concoction the delicate flavour of the former and the subtle zing of the latter are entirely overwhelmed by the bitterness of the celery. It actually made me wince. I am not a celery fan but can enjoy its crunchy bite with the right cheese. As a drink it is has no redeeming features.
