The Ned: A little bit of everything in the City

A monument to luxury for all the glittering and gold
David Ellis @dvh_ellis6 December 2017

The Ned is a busy place. A really busy place: this five star, 252 rooms hotel has nine restaurants, six private events spaces, a spa, a gym and, presumably for a sense of completeness, a members' club. Whatever you fancy, they likely have: there’s Italian from Cecconi's, French from Cafe Sou, what they call “Asian Pacific” from Kaia, plenty of American fare and some British classics too.

All look completely gorgeous, as design is this place’s strength, and the place buzzes with fashionable types who like to look good in good looking places. It’s not perfect, and the rooms are so huge that the restaurants and bars blur into each other (there is the sense of being in a posh canteen), but it undoubtedly remains somewhere to be seen.
