Santander Cycles: get a free member key

You don’t have to be a member to use Santander Cycles, but if you’re a regular, why not get your own key for even quicker access to the bikes?

You can skip the queues at the docking station. Simply insert your key into the docking point to release a bike, ride it where you like and return it to any docking station. Santander Cycles is giving away free keys to anyone who registers before the end of September (usual price £3).

There are two membership options: yearly membership (costs £90) or 24-hour pay-as-you-pedal membership. With pay-as-youpedal, there is no yearly fee - you’ll be automatically charged £2 whenever you hire your first bike of the day.

Both memberships include as many 30-minute journeys as you like. For longer journeys you will be charged £2 for each extra 30 minutes.
