The house where Spaced was filmed in Tufnell Park, north London, remains a place of pilgrimage for fans of the Nineties TV sitcom, which starred Simon Pegg and Jessica Hynes.
However, AbFab costume designer Chris Winter, who owns the nine-bedroom property, has put it back on the market with Dexters at £3.25 million, having failed to sell last year at £4 million.
The Grade II-listed detached home is packed with original mid-Victorian fireplaces, patterned ceilings and sash windows.
It is spacious at 4,000sq ft and boasts an 80ft mature back garden.
