Asbo woman ‘gave neighbour Nazi salute’

Claims: Patricia Bailey is appealing against an anti-social ruling
12 April 2012

A millionairess given an Asbo for waging a campaign of terror against her neighbours accosted one with a Nazi salute and the words "Heil Hitler" after apparently discovering his mother was German, a court heard.

Patricia Bailey, 61, is appealing against the anti-social ruling at Southwark crown court.

Today Dr Daniel Kellett described how his neighbour at Collingwood House in Great Titchfield Street teased him.

He said he had noticed Mrs Bailey putting her ears to residents' doors. Asked why he did not confront her, he said: "The answer to that question follows from what happened when I did open the door, which is that I got Heil Hitler'."

He added she told him she knew all about his German mother. The appeal continues.
