Cardio Casanovas Studies show that just one hour of exercise, three times a week can result in a greater desire for sex and improved sexual function. Get those hormones moving by jogging, swimming, cycling or a brisk walk home from work this Friday. Cardiovascular exercise will also improve the circulation and blood flow to those essential areas.

Exercising the pelvic muscles can improve intensity and control.
