This is London has teamed up with GYMBOX, London’s newest and funkiest gym, to give away 166 FREE fitness classes, from its unique range on offer. This is your chance to try Bollywood Groove, Bongo Boxing or workouts wearing Kangoo boots.

Situated at 100 High Holborn, GYMBOX’s interior has been designed by Ben Kelly Design, ensuring GYMBOX is unlike any other health club in the capital.

GYMBOX is not elitist, precious or competitive in any way. Members are welcomed to a state-of-the-art gym with a dedicated fitness team. Other facilities include an olympic sized boxing ring and a live DJ booth. GYMBOX is a gym revolution that is changing the shape of fitness.

Classes must be pre-booked 3 days in advance and before 15 September 2003. Classes must be taken before 1 October 2003.
