Gary Lineker's brother on tax fraud charges

The brother of BBC TV presenter and former England football captain Gary Lineker appeared in court today charged with conspiring to defraud tax authorities in Britain and Spain for nearly three years.

Wayne Lineker, 41, co-founder of the Lineker's bar in Tenerife - named after his brother - was bailed with two other men at Southwark Crown Court.

They will enter pleas when they appear there again in May.
