Girls' Oxford trip with First Lady

First lady: Michelle Obama will address girls from Elizabeth Garrett Anderson college
12 April 2012

Michelle Obama visits Oxford University with pupils from a north London girls' school next week.

It will be the third time America's First Lady has met students from the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson language college in Islington.

Mrs Obama will be in Oxford for a day-long "immersion experience" next Wednesday, while 35 pupils from the language college tour the campus and have mentor sessions with Oxford students. She will then address the girls and answer questions.

Mrs Obama first visited the school in 2009 during President Obama's London trip and has kept in touch.
