I've got a new man, says Liz

Liz Hurley today revealed she has a new boyfriend after her bitter split from the man she has named as the father of her child.

But the 36-year-old actress, who is fighting a war of words with former boyfriend Steve Bing, refused to reveal the identity of her new partner.

Hurley, whose baby is due in April, described herself as "deeply distraught" when Bing, 35, a multimillionaire Hollywood producer, said he was not sure he was the father, as the couple were not in "an exclusive relationship".

Today she told American magazine Movieline she was now dating another man, whom she described as "an American I'm very fond of ".

She added: "He would be mortified if I talked about him in the press. I'd probably get strangled. He's not a mobster. He's not an ex-president. None of the above."

Bing and Hurley began dating after she split with actor Hugh Grant, her boyfriend of 13 years.
