Samantha Cameron gets to grips with some early day motion

12 April 2012

Most new mothers find a daily stroll round the park with the buggy exercise enough. But not Samantha Cameron.

The Prime Minister's wife was up at 7.05 this morning to go through her paces with her celebrity personal trainer.

Matt Roberts - whose clients include husband David, Naomi Campbell and Amanda Holden - is helping her get back in shape after the birth of her daughter Florence last August.

But her session in St James's Park - which left her looking shattered - suggests otherwise.
Perhaps with her husband's recent political woes she has decided it is time to get back to the frontline.
