Seven held over 'Thusha' shooting

12 April 2012

Seven men have been arrested following a gun attack on a man whose brother has been charged with the shooting of five-year-old Thusha Kamaleswaran.

About 30 police officers raided a house within hours of the shooting of 20-year-old Jaden McCalla, 20, on Tuesday outside a pub in Kennington. His brother Anthony, 19, has been charged with Thusha's attempted murder. She is paralysed from the waist down.

Jaden McCalla is in hospital in a "serious but stable" condition.
