Smokey Robinson sued over soul food

A chef is suing Smokey Robinson over a slogan the soul singer uses to sell frozen Lousiana gumbo.

Johnny Percle says "Soul In Yo Bowl" is his trademark and Robinson's "The Soul is in the Bowl" confuses the public.

"If he would have called it Smokey Robinson's Gumbo he wouldn't have heard boo from Johnny Jam," he said.
