LONDON TRIATHLON

Europe's largest triathlon is happening this weekend around Royal Victoria Dock.

The event draws 6,000 or so juniors and adults of every level (around half will be first-timers) and there are plenty of spectator areas where you can watch the super-fit running, cycling and swimming their way to victory.

Look out for famous faces, including Liz McColgan, Adrian Moorhouse, Gordon Ramsay, Will Carling and Ricky Woodhall.

The current women's world champion, Leanda Cave, and former European champion Jodie Swallow will head up the best of British event competing against 50 world-class internationals. There's also an exhibition of sports and fitness products.
