Traidcraft aims for share issue

FAIR trade specialist Traidcraft plans a share issue to help producers in developing countries to fight poverty. But investors should get a modest dividend and broker Brewin Dolphin will make a market in the shares. Traidcraft sells foods, wine and crafts from 100 producer groups. Sales last year were £10.4m.
