Model Taylor Hill says she was convinced she had messed up her audition to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel - because she swore too much.
The American, who was 18 at the time, told ES Magazine: "I was just winging it. I didn’t train or do any prep, because you’re always being told, ‘Don’t get your hopes up, VS is a tricky client’."
When her agent called to tell her she had got the job, she recalled: "I thought they were going to say I’d messed up and said the F-word too much."

Hill, now 20, has since starred in campaigns for Miu Miu, Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.
Originally from Colorado, she was discovered at the age of 14 with her sisters. She said: "This guy who said he’s a photographer came over and asked if we were models. We were like, ‘What the f***? No!’ [He then said to her mother]: ‘Oh my God, your daughter should be a model."
Her mother guided her between castings. "She helped me learn how to manage at airports and get from the car to the hotel,” she said. One trip was to London: “I mainly remember going on the Tube and trying to cross the street without dying."
