What it promises: Italy’s newest export, Leghila, had just landed in the UK, bringing with it a range of spongy neoprene bags in all shapes and sizes and in 68 different colour combinations from primary through to neon.
What it actually does: As the type of girl who ends up doing her makeup on the tube more often than I would like to admit, this bag comes as something of a wonder product. Not only does the fabric make it 100% washable – for any powder spillages and lost lids – the bright shades and roomy interior also made it an great day clutch. Details such as the vivid colour scheme and oversized zip made it perfect for this season’s scuba-chic trend, and you don’t have to bother carrying around a separate makeup bag. It’s a little pricey, but it’s definitely a handy multi-tasker.
