A third member of the burglary gang which carried out a £25 million raid on the home of Formula One heiress Tamara Ecclestone has admitted his guilt.

Jugoslav Jovanovic, 23, was part of a plot to target high value homes in west London in December 2019.

The Kensington mansion belonging to Ecclestone was raided in December 2019, while she was on holiday with her family.

Jewels and cash were stolen from the £70 million, 55-room, mansion near Kensington Palace, in one of Britain’s biggest ever burglaries.

The west London home shared by Frank, pictured below, and Christine Lampard and a property belonging to the late Leicester City FC owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha were also targeted by the same gang.

Alessandro Maltese, 45, and Alessandro Donati, 43, have already admitted their roles in the burglary spree, and are awaiting sentence.

Jovanovic has now pleaded guilty to conspiracy to burgle properties between November 29 and December 18 2019. He also admitted attempting to buy jackets at Harrods to launder profits of the criminal enterprise.

Jovanovic, who comes from Milan, denies a charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering and is due to stand trial in October.

Ecclestone was away skiing with her husband Jay Rutland and their daughter when their home was broken into.

Around £1 million in property and cash was stolen from the Srivaddhanaprabha home in west London, just over a year after the Leicester City FC owner died in a helicopter crash at the team’s King Power Stadium.

The raid on Frank Lampard’s home happened five months after he had been appointed as manager of Chelsea FC.

Maltese and Donati, also Italian nationals, have been remanded in custody until a sentencing hearing at a later date.

Jovanovic is in custody awaiting his money laundering trial on October 25.
