Man on Piccadilly Line 'winked at female passengers before performing sexual act over his trousers'

A man was seen performing a sexual act in front of passengers on the London Underground.

The man began winking at female travellers while touching himself over his jeans on the Piccadilly Line heading westbound just after 7pm on Tuesday, January 30.

Detectives have released an image of a man they’d like to speak to in connection with the incident.
