A teenager is due in court on Friday charged with the double murder of two men in Leytonstone.

Casey Jones, 18, from east London is the second teenager to be charged with the murders of Aaron Carriere, 21, and Josiah Manful, 20, who were found with fatal injuries in a black Ford Fiesta last month.

They were alleged to have been the victims of a "ferocious" attack by a gang wielding baseball bats and knives.

Devonte Campbell, 19, has previously appeared at the Old Bailey charged with the murder and has been remanded in custody to appear at the same court on May 28.

A total of 18 arrests have so far been made during the course of the investigation.
