Detectives are investigating a £500,000 raid on a house in Wimbledon Park.

Officers were called to the residential property in Arthur Road, where homes sell for £4.7 million, shortly before 9pm on December 27 last year.

Two men are believed to have carried out the burglary at about 1pm that day.

Officers today released an image of a woman who was seen on CCTV nearby and may have crucial information.

Pc Dean Shaw, who is leading the investigation, said: “It is believed that two male suspects carried out this burglary but we would like to speak to the woman pictured as she was seen near the address on the day of the incident and may be able to assist us.”

Anyone who recognises the woman should contact police on 101, quoting Cad 6287/27Dec19, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
