Fox family’s £2m pyjama plea for hospital

12 October 2012

Actors Emilia and Freddie Fox curl up in pyjamas and nightcaps for a bedtime story with their mother Joanna David.

The siblings posed as part of the National Brain Appeal’s Pyjama Party campaign to help raise £2 million for the London hospital that saved actress David’s life.

Silent Witness star Emilia said: “Without the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery I might not have a mum.” Her brother Freddie, touring Britain in The Judas Kiss, said: “I’m in continual admiration for the amazing results both the hospital and charity achieve.”

Appeal trustee David said: “I owe my life to the National. That’s why we’re wearing our pyjamas and nightcaps to support the appeal and we urge others to do the same.”
