The one bedroom flat in Torrens Road, Stratford, features a “spacious bathroom”, double bedroom and a lounge.
It boasts good transport connections, with Maryland and Stratford International stations within walking distance.
However, potential tenants will have to cook their meals in a tiny kitchenette area in a corner of the lounge.
There is no space for an oven, but a hotplate and microwave have been squeezed next to each other on the work surface.
A fridge has also been tucked under the counter and it appears there are no drawers or cupboards to store kitchen utensils.

A description on property website Prime Location said: “We are pleased to offer this large studio/one bed flat perfectly located and newly built with modern fittings.”
An image of the kitchen was uploaded to Reddit by an exasperated flat-hunter with dozens of users ridiculing its minuscule size.
One user wrote: “Opening a microwave pushes the electric stove into the sink. Hilarity ensues.”
Another wrote: “That’s the size of a standard caravan kitchen. The ones you tow about, not a static one."
It comes after a one-bedroom pizza-shaped house went on the market in north London for £495,000, while a tiny two bedroom ex-council home in South Kensington was put up for sale for more than £1 million.
