London’s tram services have been incorporated in the Transport for London Tube map for the first time.
The additions to the map have been designed to make it easier for those travelling to Wimbledon, Croydon or Beckenham to plan their journeys.
Tram services have been increased by 50 per cent between Wimbledon and Croydon, with an additional platform added at Wimbledon and four addition trams added to the service, TfL said.
Information on the tram service has also been added to the electronic service update boards at TfL station across London.
There are expected to be around 60 million people using the London tram network by 2030.
The new map also shows a dotted overground line between Gospel Oak and Barking, taking into account upgrade works that will close that part of the line for the next few months.
The addition of the trams means that there are now 440 stations on the iconic map.
The latest Tube map will be in stations throughout next week and will be available to view online from June 3.
The map will continue to be updated to show the new Elizabeth line when it starts running through central London in December 2018 as well as planned extensions to the Northern and Metropolitan lines in 2020.
When the Elizabeth line has been fully extended, it will stretch 60 miles from Reading in the west to Shenfield in the east, stopping at 40 stations.
A TfL spokesman said: "Adding this service to the wider map which already shows all Tube and rail services is the next step in putting all of this information together for our customers."
