A man is fighting for his life in hospital tonight after he was involved in a collision with a motorcyclist in Tooting.
Police and paramedics were called to Tooting Broadway at 1.21pm after reports a male pedestrian was hit by a motorcycle near Tooting Broadway station.
The man was taken to a south London hospital where his condition remains critical.
The motorcyclist stopped at the scene and is not believed to have been injured.
A police cordon was put in place in Tooting High Street and Mitcham Road for several hours following the incident but all roads have since reopened.
