Rail passengers face a third consecutive day of disruption on Thursday because of a strike by train drivers which will again cripple services.
Members of Aslef at LNER, TransPennine Express and Northern Trains are walking out for the day following similar action over the past two days at other operators.
LNER will run more than 40 services between London, Edinburgh and West Yorkshire, equivalent to around a quarter of its usual timetable.
Aslef members at 16 train operators are continuing with a week-long ban on overtime which will also cause disruption to services until the weekend.
The Gatwick Express is not running due to the strike action.
Elsewhere on the travel network there is heavy traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J27 M11 to J25 A10 (Enfield) due to closed lane on the motorway.

Major delays in Blackwall Tunnel
Silvertown Tunnel construction is causing huge delays on the on-slip from Blackwall Lane to the Blackwall Tunnel Southern Approach (Northbound) at the junction of [A2203] Blackwall Lane.
No trains between Greenford and West Ealing until 10am
A points failure between Greenford and West Ealing has blocked all lines, potentially leading to train cancellations between these stations. Disruption is expected until approximately 10am.
Severe delays on Bakerloo Line
Severe delays are affecting the stretch between Stonebridge Park and Harrow and Wealdstone due to an earlier faulty train at North Wembley. The rest of the line is operating normally. London Underground tickets are being accepted on London Buses.
Disruption between Surbiton and Weybridge
Lines have reopened after a passenger fell ill between Esher and Weybridge, but some lines towards Woking remain blocked.
Train services to and from these stations are resuming normal operations, though some may still experience delays or revisions. Disruption is expected until 11am.
Severe delays on District Line
The District Line is experiencing severe delays between Earl's Court and Wimbledon due to a points fault at Parsons Green. London Buses and South Western Railway are accepting tickets. The rest of the line is running smoothly.
London Overground part suspended
The London Overground is now part suspended due to a faulty train at North Wembley. There is no service between Watford and Willesden.
However, good service remains on all other routes.
Disruption to London Overground services between Watford Junction and London Euston
A fault on a train at North Wembley is causing disruption to London Overground services running between Watford Junction and London Euston. As a result, trains may be cancelled.
Disruption is expected until 09.45am.

There is no service between Stonebridge Park and Harrow and Wealdstone due to a faulty train at North Wembley. Good service remains on the rest of the line.
Severe delays on M25 Dartford Tunnel due to stalled truck
Severe delays and two lanes are closed for recovery work due to a stalled truck in the M25 Dartford Tunnel anticlockwise from J1a A206 (Dartford) to J31 A1306 (Lakeside / Purfleet).
Traffic is congested halfway back to J4 Orpington, with long queues on the A2 past Gravesend back to the M2, and near J1a and J1b through Dartford and Greenhithe.
The right-hand tunnel has been closed since 6.35am.
Long delays on M25 due to closed lane
Motorists face long delays on the M25 anticlockwise from J27 M11 to J25 A10 (Enfield), in the construction area. One lane is closed a mile after J25.
