Jamie Cullum jazzed by Grand Theft Auto

Forget music festivals. Jamie Cullum says the professional heights he most aspires to is being part of the soundtrack of a video game. “For some people the peak is playing Glastonbury but for me it would be having a radio station on Grand Theft Auto,” joked the jazz singer, who was with his wife Sophie Dahl at Mark’s Club in Mayfair last night to celebrate the collaboration between Tabitha Simmons and TOMS shoes. The 34-year-old father, who is in the middle of a tour for his album, Momentum, says that one of the best things about being a successful musician is choosing tour dates that let him spend time with family. “When I first started, I was on tour for three years.”
