Daphne Guinness, artist, muse and Edward Scissorhands imitator, was the star of the opening of the new SHOWcabinet store in Belgravia last night. Set up by fashion photographer Nick Knight, the exhibits include rare books from Guinness’s library, her diamond and chain-mail armoured glove, and a vinyl record of her newly released debut single, Fatal Flaw. “The track affords unparalleled proximity to this elusive icon,” says the store’s website. Hang on a minute. She’s not that elusive.
