Ping! An email from Party Pieces, the company run by Carole and Michael Middleton, parents to the Duchess of Cambridge.

They are offering a prize draw of £100 worth of Waitrose vouchers to anyone who places an online order with the company.

Shoppers are tempted with images of a castle-shaped-cake and pink baby-shower biscuits but the site makes no mention of its familial connection to the supermarket: other daughter Pippa writes a cooking column for the Waitrose magazine.
