Bruce Springsteen has predicted that Donald Trump will lose the US election and branded the billionaire businessman a “flagrant toxic narcissist”.

The Boss said the Republican candidate has “no sense of decency” and claimed he “wants to take down the entire democratic system”.

During an interview with Channel 4 News presenter Matt Frei, the Born to Run singer said: “He’s going to lose. And he knows that.

“He knows he’s going to lose. He’s such a flagrant toxic narcissistic that he wants to take down the entire democratic system with him if he goes.”

The singer then went on to say Mr Trump had attracted a “dangerous amount” of supporters.

He added: “He has a lot of people’s ears, and I don’t think he’s going to go quietly, gently into the good night. He’s going to make as a big a mess as he can.

“And I don’t know what that’s going to mean but we’ll find out shortly.”

Mr Trump will go head-to-head with Democratic candidate Hilary Clinton in a final presidential debate in the early hours of Thursday morning.
