Judge rules to keep Ocado boss' multi-million pound divorce settlement private

A judge has agreed to keep private the divorce settlement of millionaire Ocado founder.

Tim Steiner, believed to be worth tens of millions of pounds, has been battling a High Court dispute over money with his estranged wife.

The Ocado chief executive and wife Belinda separated some months ago after 14 years of marriage.

On Tuesday Mr Justice Bodey decided to outline his conclusion of the case in private and declared that no detail of the case could be reported.

Both Mr and Mrs Steiner, aged in their 40s, were at the hearing.

The judge had analysed evidence at a private trial in June.
