The Mo and the Bolt... everyone's doing it, including Cheryl Cole, Boris and Jon Snow

Are you a Mo or a Bolt? Everyone seems to be adopting one of the Olympic poses de rigeur after Mo Farah and Usain Bolt stormed to victory.

Bolt, of course, did the Mo after breaking the tape - and the world record - in the 4x100 metre final on Saturday night. The pair of them swapped poses in the stadium later and Mo then did the Bolt at Downing Street.

Since then a host of famous names like Cheryl Colt, Boris Johnson, Jon Snow and Jason Statham have been caught on camera doing the Mo/Bolt. And even Usain's parents had a go, with their son's waxwork at Madame Tussaud's.
