France car 'attack': man drives car at students in Toulouse Blagnac, leaving two seriously injured

Two people were left seriously injured when a car was driven into a crowd on a pavement in Toulouse.

The driver, 28, was a known offender who ran his car towards a group of students outside a high school, police said.

One other person suffered minor injuries.

A man was arrested at the scene.

The incident is not believed to be terror related.
