BARNES FAIR

A traditional summer event in the villagey setting by Barnes pond. There are around 300 stalls of clothes, jewellery, crafts, plants and gourmet food. In the arena children can enjoy fairground rides.

There's also a bouncy castle, clown, Punch & Judy show and performances by a local drama school. Jazz and brass bands perform throughout the day and the smart cafe serves French-style dishes. The parade sets off from Glebe Road at 11am and includes dancers, horse-drawn carriages and colourful floats created by local children.
