Danie Craig was on good form at the premiere of his new movie in Leicester Square last night, joking that Noel Gallagher is "full of sh*t". Speaking on the red carpet of Defiance at the Odeon cinema, he said: "Noel Gallagher wants me to play him in a movie about his life. He's full of sh*t — that is ridiculous, he must have been in a very good mood to say that. I'm way older than him anyway so I couldn't play him, but I love the idea — it's fantastic. I can play the guitar better than him. I haven't had a call from Liam yet so I'll wait for that one."

Defiance is set in World War II Poland, and Daniel reckons he drank more than his fair share of vodka during filming. He added: "The vodka in the movie was real a lot of the time, I developed quite a taste for it and have been drinking it a lot over Christmas." Vodka martinis, perhaps?
