A rogue gust of wind proved to be a little too much for Tamara Mellon's slip of a summer dress.

A gust exposed the Jimmy Choo founders' bottom as she chatted to a friend on a quay in Cannes.

Oh no you don't: Tamara gets a steadying hand on her flyaway frock

Marilyn Monroe had a similar hiccup in the 1955 movie The Seven Year Itch

Tamara unwittingly gave onlookers and boyfriend Christian Slater, 38, a cheeky flash of her stripey bikini bottoms.

But Tamara quickly got a grip of the situation, and clasped her hand on her bottom to stop her flirty frock from exposing her further.

The 40-year-old businesswoman and socialite who turned Jimmy Choo into a luxury shoe brand before selling her stake for a reported £90million, was enjoying the sunshine in Cannes with actor boyfriend Slater.

Slater is set to debut in new television show 'My Own Worst Enemy', for US channel NBC.

He has a dual role on the show, playing a Jekyll and Hyde pair of characters who are super spies.

Filming for the first 13 episodes begins next month.
