Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has posted her first picture with boyfriend Liam Payne, apparently confirming the relationship.

After days of speculation, the pop star shared a humorous picture with the One Direction singer and two male friends, under the caption “my mystery male line-up.”

She wrote: “My mystery man line up #whosthemysteryman #whoisit #whosworthit.”

But Payne didn’t keep the ‘mystery’ going for long as he quickly posted a romantic selfie with his new girlfriend in his car

The new couple seem to have been having fun with the rumours about their relationship, posting a series of cryptic photos to keep fans guessing.

Earlier in the day, Fernandez-Versini, 32, shared a snap of herself cuddling up to an unidentified man, causing fans to have a social media meltdown.

The former Girls Aloud star, 32 and the 22-year-old boy band member are thought to have started dating late last year when they both became single around the same time.

The Sun has reported that Fernandez-Versini is ready to ditch her surname and move back to either Cole or Tweedy.

A source said: “Cheryl doesn't want people to use Fernandez-Versini. She wants to put the marriage behind her.”
