Kim Kardashian breaks down over her Paris robbery as Scott Disick admits to having a sex addiction in the new trailer for Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Kardashian, 36, is seen sobbing as she recalls the terrifying ordeal in front of her mother Kris Jenner and sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian in the trailer for season 13.

The new trailer sees Kim in tears as she says: “If the elevator does not open in time, I'm f*****.”

Referring to the ordeal Khloe can be heard saying: “My career is about being vulnerable and sharing my life with people. It’s a lot of pressure.

“Everything has changed but we can’t be afraid. We can’t let people scare us into not leading our lives.”

Kim is also seen crying on the phone as she deals with husband Kanye West’s break down.

Despite splitting from Kourtney, Scott Disick looks set to star and admits to having a sex addiction.

After calling Kourtney “the love of my life” he shouts: “I’m a sex addict.”
