Made in Chelsea couple Spencer Matthews and Lauren Hutton enjoy date night at Entourage premiere

A raft of reality TV stars turned out for the UK premiere of Entourage tonight.

Made in Chelsea lovebirds Spencer Matthews and Lauren Hutton were among the famous faces who made their way down the blue carpet in London’s Leicester Square.

Matthews, 25, looked casual in a blue open neck shirt which he teamed with a navy jacket, while Hutton opted for a patterned jumpsuit and metallic heels.

The pair appeared to be in good spirits following their recent relationship dramas on the E4 reality show which saw Hutton get upset after Matthews enjoyed a skiing trip with his ex-girlfriend Lucy Watson - who in the last series claimed the Chelsea lothario had tried to hit on her.

The pair were joined at tonight's star-studded event by their fellow co-stars Stevie Johnson, Sam Thompson, Tiffany Watson and Fran Newman-Young – who flashed her legs in a white mini dress as she worked the cameras.

Lydia Bright – who only returned from filming TOWIE's Marbella spin-off show earlier today – flaunted her tan as she paraded the blue carpet in a sophisticated two piece.

Sporting star Thierry Henry – who has a cameo role in the movie adaptation of the popular TV show – was also on the blue carpet.

He was pictured posing for photos with Ari Gold actor Jeremy Piven - and joked that his cameo role is so small fans may miss it if they blink.

The pair were joined by their co-stars Kevin Dillon, Adrian Grenier, Emmanuelle Chriqui and writer and creator Doug Ellin.

Entourage is set for release on June 19.
