Sharon Osbourne and husband Ozzy put on a united front as they stepped out together for the first time since ‘splitting’.

The Hollywood couple – who were this week rocked by reports claiming Ozzy had cheated – reunited at the Hollywood Palladium as they announced the merging of Ozzfest and Slipknot's Knotfest.

But despite hugging in front of the cameras, Sharon – who is Ozzy’s manager – made it clear that their reunion was strictly business.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight she said: "It's business. This is my business, you know? This is what I do.

"People have forgotten, because they see me every day on the chat show, but this is still the other half of my life."

She added: "We've been working together, my lord, since '76. That's how long we've been working together. Before we were married. So, it's been a long time."

Ozzy referred to his wife as “the boss” before adding that she is his “right arm”.

Their appearance comes days after the couple – who have been married for 33 years –split following reports that Ozzy had an affair with hairdresser Michelle Pugh.

Although she didn’t directly address the allegations, Sharon opened up about the split on The Talk, telling her co-stars: “I honestly at this point today have no idea what I’m doing with the rest of my life.

“I just need time to think about myself, and what do I want for the rest of my life. I really want to think carefully about where I want to go because I’m 63 years of age, and I can’t keep living like this.”
