Stacey Solomon made the shocking revelation that she sometimes mistakes her boyfriend Joe Swash for her dad.

The Loose Women panellist opened up on how Swash often reminds her of her father David.

Looking at photos of the duo side-by-side Solomon admitted that they are similar in both personality and looks.

She said: “They look the same, it's so creepy. There's something strange about how similar they are.

“Sometimes I lay down next to him and think, oh my god it's my dad!"

The 28-year-old left her co-panellists in utter shock as they gasped at the revelation.

The hilarious comments come after Solomon revealed she is preparing to move into her “together home” with Swash.

Writing in her Fabulous column, she said: “So after three years Joe and I are taking the plunge and blending our lives in our very own together home. Wahoo!

“We have been working really hard to ensure that all of our children feel happy, comfortable and settled and we are finally in a place where we're ready to merge.”

Demonstrating her love for the actor, Solomon continued: “He has no idea how to do a weekly shop and what to buy, and he spray tans on a regular basis inside the house, leaving a constant green-brown tinge on all of the surfaces.

“However, no matter how much these things would bug me if somebody else did them – and they really would send me over the edge – it has rarely scratched the surface.”
