Susannah Constantine has rubbished reports she threw a tantrum after being booted off of Strictly Come Dancing, saying it’s all “b*******”.

The fashion star, 56, was the first to be kicked off the BBC ballroom show on Sunday night after failing to impress with her Samba and Foxtrot with partner Anton Du Beke.

It was reported that Constantine “ignored” the other dancers and refused to congratulate Ashley Roberts on her high score after being left “furious”.

“Susannah ended up in tears after the scores were given out — she takes herself quite seriously and wasn’t happy about it,” a source told The Sun.

“She seemed to hate every minute of it. She ignored the other dancers and didn’t talk to the judges and seemed to think she was above everyone else.”

But Constantine slammed the claims on Instagram, sharing a link to an article alongside the caption: “B*******, b******* and more b******* @bbcstrictly.”

Constantine danced the Samba in a Carmen Miranda inspired routine last week before taking on the Foxtrot to They Can’t Take That Away From Me by Frank Sinatra.

She lost her place in the competition after the judges voted unanimously to save Lee Ryan after the dance-off.

She said it was “pretty bloody horrible” being voted off first, but said her place at the bottom of the leaderboard is “deserved” because she was “definitely the worst”.

Speaking in an Instagram video on Monday she said: “I feel so bad for Anton who put so much time and effort into trying to get me to dance. But, I know my limitations and I can do many things but dancing isn’t one of them.

“However I tried my best and worked so hard at it but you’ve just got to realise there are some things you can’t do.”

Strictly Come Dancing is on BBC One, Saturday at 6:30pm
