Ferne McCann has shut down reports she is reconciling with acid attacker ex, Arthur Collins.

McCann, 27, hit back at claims she has fallen out with friend, and former TOWIE co-star, Sam Faiers, over her alleged insistence on staying with Collins, who is father to her daughter, Sunday.

Slamming the “false stories” on Twitter, McCann explained that the only communication she has with Collins is “mainly through lawyers”.

She tweeted: “1-Regarding today’s many FALSE stories about me (and sorry to bore you all)…

“For the record (again) I am not in a relationship with Arthur. I do not know how much clearer I could be about that!! Sam and I never fell out about Arthur! This is false.”

She continued: “2-Arthur is Sunday’s father. I have had to communicate with him and his family with respect to Sunday (mainly through lawyers).

“Todays ‘sources’ are wrong. Much love Ferne x.”

McCann previously addressed “false press” in a statement in which she denied she had visited Collins in prison on multiple occasions.

She wrote: “As I have already made clear I visited him once and I have not been to see him since.

“I have repeatedly made clear that I have not been back to see him in response to the press asking me but this has been ignored.”

Convicted: Ferne McCann with ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins

Collins is currently serving a 20 year sentence for an acid attack in an east London club which left 16 people with chemical burns and three people temporarily blinded.

In January he was handed an additional eight month sentence for smuggling a phone in to prison to call McCann.

The former couple had a year-long on-off romance before he went on the run following the attack last April before being arrested.
