Travis Scott pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct just a month before welcoming a baby with Kylie Jenner.

The American rapper, real name Jacques Webster, was arrested last year after he “encouraged fans to storm on stage” at a concert.

According to reports, one member of security and a police officer were both injured during the incident at Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion.

Webster was subsequently charged with inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Lawyer Doug Norwood told the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that, while the rapper pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct, the other two charges had been dismissed.

Norwood said that he also expects the charge of disorderly conduct to be erased from the 25-year-old’s record.

Norwood told the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette: “They overcharged him. They tried to get him for inciting a riot. The video did not show any of that.”

A spokesperson for the Rogers Police Department said at the time Webster ‘encouraged’ people to join the stage and bypass security.

The spokesperson added: “During the rush to the stage several people were injured, including an employee from the security company hired to help monitor and control the crowd, and a member of the police department.”

On Sunday, Jenner, 20, and Webster welcomed the birth of their baby girl, taking to social media to share the news.

The Twitter post saw Jenner apologise for keeping her fans “in the dark through all the assumptions”.

The star wrote: “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all journeys.

“My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free and healthy way I knew how.

“There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness”.

“The model went to add that pregnancy has been the most “beautiful, empowering and life-changing experience”.
