Victoria Beckham has revealed she has expensive taste when it comes to wine.

The fashion designer and self-confessed wine lover said she would never buy a bottle that costs less than £10.

Beckham made the admission during a chat with her best friend Eva Longoria on This Morning.

Asked what they had on their Christmas wish lists, they both replied “art and wine”.

Beckham said: “We love to talk about wine. Maybe that’s why we get on so well.”

Presenter Alison Hammond later asked what they would buy if they were down to their last £10.

Longoria said she would buy avocados or wine, to which Beckham replied: “For ten pounds? I don’t think you’d like it.”

Beckham recently enjoyed an expensive bottle of red wine on a “date night” with husband David.

The mother-of-four posted a picture of three vintage bottles to her Instagram story. The trio came with a hefty price tag, costing nearly £2,000.

It came days before she found herself in hot water over a picture of her youngest son Cruz clinking wine glasses with a friend in the garden of their Los Angeles home.

Victoria shared a picture of Cruz enjoying a refreshing drink with a friend during “happy hour” poolside.

She captioned the shot: “Two little old men! @cruzbeckham @danieldarri55 #fizzyapplejuice #drinksatsunset #happyhour.”

But some failed to read the caption and quickly accused the fashion designer of promoting underage drinking.
